Our previous washer was a Samsung as well and smaller one. We now do fewer loads and it is much more quieter. Glad and satisfied with it.

Smarter than its maker.
It whispers quietly through a legion of options, yet it remains dummy proof. You can change your wash via your phone, even when the cycle has already started, you can change washing time, number of rinses, spin speed and water temperature and get notified when it's done (also a time you can set beforehand). One thing you cannot do is to open the lid once it is programmed. If you feel intimidated by all the options, you close the lid, press the start button and walk away. The machine will get it done. It is also big enough for your bedding and curtains. One question I simply cannot find the answer to is why someone would design a washing machine with the water outlet on the side and the filter, that needs regular cleaning, on the back. Fortunately the rest of the features make up for this single mishap. In general, a good buy. I would recommend it any day.

I’m really impressed with this machine more especially with the smart things app. It’s super fast saves water& electricity. As someone who’s very busy it does it all for me I don’t have to think about my laundry I can control everything from my phone and it works. My clothes came out looking so clean and with less creases. The AI features works wonders. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone that’s looking for a fast,easy and reliable way to do your laundry.
