To be honest manual did not help at all,somehow you need to apply your mind set,at first it’s was very confusing but once you find the correct pins all is easy Mind you it’s not 5 tiers it’s 6 and what I like the most it’s the top part where I can put my hand bags,all the pieces where there,I’m very happy with the quality and steadiness of the shoe rack it’s looks very nice and my bedroom it’s looks tidy,remember it’s open at the back (no cover) meaning it’s wise to put it against the wall I recommend this shoe rack to everyone and I can’t wait to buy 2nd one for my daughter,I’m very satisfied
