Very very happy!
This is a proper vibrating exercise machine. I stood for 5 minutes on it because it was the first time, and it felt like I walked a few kilometers. It is silent. It truly moves your whole body, because I felt it even in my back. I will write another review in a while. I am not active at all, but this I can do, and keep up, and I can feel how it moved my whole body. This was a very good buy. Money well spent.

"It really does shake! I felt a little dizzy afterward due to the intense up-and-down motion while using it. The vibrations are effective, targeting all areas. The plug is fine; it's a round 2-pin type. However, I had to use pliers to modify the adapter to fit the plug properly. On the plus side, the machine came with pressure balls for the jogging steps, which was a nice surprise since I didn't see them in the picture.
