reason for 3 stars is the fact that the bottle had no seal. It was open. I find that odd. I am not sure of the content, and I am not sure it is as good as other products I've used with even lower strength

This is a great product
This product is helping me a lot with my sleep. I suffer from insomnia and since using this product my sleep has greatly improved. I sleep better and longer. I highly recommend it. One day delivery from Take-a-Lot - an excellent service.
