I have had nothing but a good experience with this product. I take one teaspoon - heaped, twice a day and the benefits have been very conspicuous. My skin complexion has improved dramatically, not only visually but physically. Texture is noticeably better. My sleep has improved, as well as my general mood, not sure if this is coincidental, but I put it to this amazing product. This is my second month using this product.
